Read on for details on our new billing system implementation, how it will impact you, and what actions you’ll need to take.
For the past few years, we’ve used the Mindbody system for managing subscriptions and billing plans but recent price increases plus added credit card fees have have caused us to leave their service.
We’ve now integrated GymDesk, which is a complete billing solution for Boutique Gyms like ours.
All customers will be receiving, or have already received, an email with an invitation to Update your billing information where you can manage billing data. (See a screenshot below, as well as actions that need to be taken.) You may now choose between paying with a credit card or your banking information. What this means for our customers; you will now see a small billing % for using your Credit card or your bank to make your monthly payments. We highly recommend using your bank account as you will save money on the processing fee(s).
Please note: we do not have access to any credit card details, as they’re securely stored by Mindbody
The only action needed is to click on the Log-In button in the email to access the new billing portal and set up an account there. In case you have an expired credit card, you’ll be asked to provide GymDesk with valid card information (or Bank Account information if you prefer).

We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

Group Bootcamp Classes are Every Hour on the Hour:
Monday - Friday: Morning Classes: 5am, 6am, & 7am
Monday - Thursday Evening Classes: 5pm, 6pm, 7pm & 8pm
Friday Evening Classes: 5:30pm, 6:30pm, & 7:30pm
Saturday (Mornings ONLY): 7am, 8am, and 9am
Sunday (Mornings ONLY): 8am, 9am and 10am
